Or are all 4 P Zeros supposed to be identical? They say directional but all are exactly the same..

they’re directional in the sense that one side is supposed to always face the outside. as long as they’re installed on the rim with the correct side facing out, you can rotate them as you see fit.
as opposed to other directional tires which need to be installed so the tread all faces the same direction. you can’t rotate these things in the normal fashion because putting them on the other side of the car will have the tread “pointed” the wrong way.

It’s possible to have directional tires with the same (not mirrored) asymmetric pattern on all tires. If there’s just an arrow and no outside/inside marking, you should be fine.
EDIT: saw the “outside” marking. Is it actually on the outside on all tires? And no directional arrows then?

I’m over here like “WTF is going on, how are all four identical”, it came from the factory this way so I assume it’s all good

There are asymmetric tires and directional tires. Directional have to be pointing in a certain direction and have rotation arrows. Asymmetric just need to be mounted correctly on the rim, not pointed a certain direction. They have inside/outside markers instead of rotation arrows.
